3. Container and Resonance
- My design practice is driven by three core values: empathy, care, and agency.
I believe that powerful design begins with deep resonance. Whether facing mental health challenges, cultural alienation, or social injustice, my goal is to make users feel seen and understood through design. This empathy isn't an abstract strategy; it stems directly from the hardships I've experienced personally and with my family, driving me to view lived experience as the most valuable resource for design.
Furthermore, for me, design is a tangible manifestation of care. It shouldn't be a cold tool, but a container that accommodates vulnerability and provides support. I strive to create a warm user experience where the interaction itself becomes a silent companionship.
Ultimately, all efforts are directed towards fostering user agency. I challenge the one-way relationship between designer and audience, exploring co-creation models that transform users from passive recipients of information to co-creators of the design process and initiators of action. My designs don't seek to provide ultimate answers, but rather to inspire individuals' inner strength, allowing them to find their own sense of belonging and the courage to move forward amidst uncertainty.
